Owned the roadmap for Finance in the ERP system. Developed the Purchase to Pay process (P2P) and a number of Legal requirements. Managed the Finance Coreteam which was the key success factor as well as close contact with our customers. Added valuable partners to complete the Finance toolbox for our excisting and new customers.

Successfully led a team of 10 finance professionals. Delivering correct and timely numbers on a monthly basis. Quarterly we reconciled against more than 100 counterparts. With the icon brands Absolut Vodka, Malibu and Kahlua we had a busy schedule. Developed the team with new tools and processes. On top a new ERP system was installed, JD Edwards and this was my main concern for one year.

With more than 150 000 products to distribute and an annual turnover of approx 12 billion sek we had our hands full. The team developed together with new tools and processes.
